Entitlement

The entitlement phase lays the foundation for any successful development project. This phase is the initial stage in the City’s review process of your project. 

The entitlement process requires very detailed planning and coordination from all stakeholders of the project team. As your collaborative partner, we can provide a preliminary utility design to assist you through this process.

The Master Planning/Entitlement Service Offering includes the following:

• Attend design team meetings
• Obtain mapping documents from all utility companies
• Prepare preliminary circuit sketch
• Prepare preliminary intent drawings
• Determine and indicate points of connection for all utilities and service stubs
• Locate utility vaults and substructures for all dry utilities
• Perform conflict checks with other utilities, on a horizontal and vertical axis
• Coordinate base maps with a civil engineer, landscape engineer, and architect as necessary
