Due Diligence and Feasibility Study
Determining whether your project is feasible conceptually, financially, and physically is a crucial first step in any project. Vizion Utility Partners understands the risks that are involved when evaluating, planning, or designing a project prior to land acquisition. In order to mitigate these costly risks, Vizion Utility Partners can provide our clients with a full-scale feasibility study and due diligence service offering. A Feasibility Study is a collection of current and historical data about the property and its surroundings, followed by the analysis of the data to determine whether the utility needs are feasible and what the future utility requirements will be for the project utility process.
The Due Diligence and Feasibility Service Offering includes the following:
- Field survey and discussion
- Field verification of existing site conditions
- Locate utility vaults and substructures for all dry utilities
- Obtain mapping documents from all utility companies
- Determine and indicate points of connection for all utilities and service stubs
- Prepare preliminary joint trench budget/fees
